Joe Alkhas

Prior to joining SensorWave Joe was CFO for HOLOSOFX in El Segundo, CA. Prior to HOLOSOFX, Joe provided executive level corporate finance consulting to high technology concerns, including: WebREACH, a leading eCRM software and services solutions provider specializing in the healthcare sector, and; Fredericks.com, the online shopping destination and full-service online division of Fredericks of Hollywood, a world leading retailer of intimate apparel, leisurewear and products. In each engagement, Joe was responsible for business plan development, corporate finance preparation and deal structuring. Joe also served as Vice President of Finance for Math.com, an online education destination and content syndication concern. At Math.com, Joe was in charge of all financial responsibilities and duties as well as business development oversight. He successfully negotiated the sale of Math.com to a private software development and licensing concern. Prior to Math.com, Joe was senior associate at Flemming, Lessard & Shields, LLC, a regional investment banking firm specializing in start-up and growth related corporate finance for California's most promising young companies. His duties included management of all facets of client engagement, including business generation, business plan preparation, structuring of private financings, valuations and strategic planning. Joe is actively involved in a number of professional organizations and associations, including AeA, SCSC, LAVA, SDVG and VIC. Joe holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from SDSU with emphasis in finance and entrepreneurship.
